Professionals: Apply for available chairs listed by Shop Owners.
Shop Owners: List and manage chairs, accept/reject applications, and rent properties.
Real Estate Agents: List properties and handle rental requests from Shop Owners.
2. User Responsibilities
Provide accurate and updated account information.
Use the platform lawfully and respectfully.
Do not engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.
Respect other users, property, and agreements.
3. Bookings & Payments
All bookings and rentals are subject to approval by Shop Owners or Agents.
4. Platform Disclaimer
OPENCHAIR is a marketplace and does not own any shops, chairs, or properties.
We are not responsible for the quality of services, disputes, or agreements between users.
Users are responsible for verifying listings and agreements.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
OPENCHAIR is not liable for:
Disputes or losses between Professionals, Shop Owners, and Agents.
Technical issues, interruptions, or unauthorized account access.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, and features belong to OPENCHAIR. Users may not copy, reuse, or distribute without permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
